Product description

We advise a 2-3 month break after 6 week of constant use, just because this gives your body a break, allowing it to function without the “crutch” of Shilajit. It also means your body won’t get too used to the nutrient profile, meaning adaptations and results will be more obvious than if you’re taking constantly.

You could take it every day, and a long break may not be necessary, but it’s the best way in our opinion.’

Product does not contain CBD

Known as the “Black gold” of Ayruveda, Shilajit is formed over a very long period of time – it’s a result of the degradation of microbial plant-life that has been pressurized by rock.

As the rocks of the Altai mountains heat up, this black gold exudes from the cracks. It is then collected and filtered to remove impurities, before being used as a health supplement. But it’s not a new discovery by any means; Shilajit has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.

Shilajit is an adaptogen – Rich in minerals, as well as fulvic and humic acids, triterpenes and phospholipids. It’s known as “The destroyer of weakness”, which refers to its ability to revitalise – boosting/balancing energy, immunity, testosterone (and hormones in women) and sex drive. As a powerful antioxidant, Shilajit may also contribute to cognitive health, and also improve mood.
