Returns and Exchanges Policy

At CBD Nectar Nurse, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, should you decide to change your mind (it happens!), we are pleased to accept returns or exchanges for items that remain in their original condition, unopened and unused, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Each item returned will be individually reviewed, and please ensure to include a copy of your purchase receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note, we cannot accept items sent without a prior return request.

Returns Via Post

Returning items is hassle-free! After contacting us and your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Fill out the "returns section" on the reverse of your dispatch notice, specifying each item, quantity, and reasons for the return. Place this form along with your products in the parcel. If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, attach the provided free returns label to the outside of your package. For international returns, including those outside the UK, customers are responsible for return postage fees, taxes, customs duty, and clearance charges, if applicable. Send all returns and exchanges to: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We recommend using a secure or trackable postage method and retaining proof of postage until we confirm receipt.

Faulty Items

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If any product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at providing your Order Number and details of the issue. Faulty products will be assessed upon return, and please return them at your earliest convenience.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards.


For exchanges of different types, strengths, or sizes, please return the unwanted item first, then place a new order for the desired item.

Processing Your Refund

Upon receiving your returned item, we'll examine it and notify you of the refund status within a reasonable time frame, typically processed within approximately 5 to 10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement. If the refunded amount cannot be processed to an expired bank card, we'll issue an online store credit. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns. We'll maintain communication with you throughout the refund process and notify you via email once the refund is completed.
