To the southwest of the Kashmir Valley lies the Pir Panjal range, a counterpart to the towering Karakoram in the north. Renowned for its verdant meadows, alpine lakes, dense forests, and snow-capped peaks, the Pir Panjal, once known as Panchaladeva, separates the Kashmir Valley from the hills of the Jammu region. Rich in fruits, herbal plants, and minerals, this region is where we discovered our latest Shilajit supplier. With a commitment to sourcing high-quality Shilajit rooted in tradition and crafted by indigenous people, we proudly present genuine Kashmiri Shilajit.

Extracted using traditional methods from rocks containing raw Shilajit, Kashmiri Shilajit is distinguished by its smoky aroma, which blends pungent and mildly herbal notes. Unlike Altai Shilajit, Kashmiri Shilajit boasts a slightly duller sheen and offers woody, astringent, and subtly bitter tasting notes. It dissolves quickly and exhibits a light brown hue.

Our third-party lab test, conducted in an ISO certified EU lab, reveals a Fulvic acid content of 44.87% and a Humic acid content of 18.59%. Additionally, the mineral composition varies, reflecting differences in biodiversity, climate, and geological conditions unique to the region.

Ingredients

Pure activated Kashmiri Shilajit resin. Hand harvested from the Pir Panjal range.

Directions for Use

Take 250-500 mg daily. Always cycle the use of Shilajit. After 4-8 weeks of continued use, take a 4 weeks break.

Shilajit is best consumed by stirring into hot water/green tea or black coffee.

*The most recommended way is to take a pea sized amount on a knife and stick it to the inside of a cup of green tea or black coffee. Stick it just below the water line and leave there for a couple of minutes, this way the Shilajit will soften and then begin to dissolve. Then, using the knife, gently rub back and forth against the side of the cup until it completely dissolves.

How to measure Shilajit:
100 mg = 1 rice grain
500 mg = 1 green pea
